Taungatara Hard Trail Ride

Location

10 minutes north of Whangamata on the left-hand side of the road.

1 hour 25 minutes south-east from Bombay, taking the Whangamata turn-off onto Tairua Road.

The ride

Two wheelers only.

Gold, Silver and Bronze tracks.

Terrain includes clay-based wider tracks, hard enduro track, single track, rivers and rocks.

There will be no Pee Wee track.

No quads.

Riders briefing at 09:45.

Fees

• Senior $50
• Junior $25 (must be accompanied by adult on tracks)
• Family $90

Requirements

• All appropriate riding gear must be worn
• Motorcycle boots required
• No gumboots

Facilities

Basic food and drinks available on the day.
